ReadyForAU is committed to protecting your personal information. We only collect what we need to deliver your service, and we never sell or share your data with anyone else for marketing or any other purpose.
2. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you sign up, book a session, or update your profile. This may include:
- Name, email address and phone number
- Your current occupation, target industry and preferred contact method
- Your time zone, so session times display correctly for you
- Your resume or CV, when you upload it as part of a service
- Payment details, which are handled securely by our payment provider
3. How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- Provide the service you booked
- Communicate with you about your booking, reschedule or refund
- Send you booking confirmations, calendar invitations and reminders
- Improve the quality of our services
- Comply with any legal obligations
4. Your resume and documents
Your resume is stored securely and only accessed by the ReadyForAU team members who need it to prepare or deliver your service. Revised resumes are uploaded to your own private storage folder and are not made public.
5. Data sharing
We do not share your personal information, resume, or documents with any third party except where strictly necessary to operate the service — for example, secure cloud hosting, payment processing and email delivery. These providers only process data on our behalf and are bound to keep it confidential.
6. Hosting infrastructure
ReadyForAU runs on Lovable Cloud infrastructure. For technical details about how that infrastructure is managed, please refer to the Lovable Trust Center.
7. Your rights
You can:
- View or update your profile at any time from your dashboard
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Ask us to delete your account and personal data
- Unsubscribe from marketing or notification emails using the link in every email
